Private lessons/ one to one are available to ensure you start your Pilates journey learning about your own body and targeting it’s specific needs to receive the best results for your individual needs from every session.

Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates blends traditional Pilates techniques with additional resistance and support provided by the reformer. By adjusting the resistance and tension of the springs, practitioners can tailor workouts to their fitness levels and goals. The sliding carriage allows for smooth, controlled movements, promoting strength, flexibility, and balance.

  • As in Mat work, the Reformer is designed to isolate specific muscle groups in every move / exercise.
  • Reformers are also use for Rehabilitation after surgery.
  • It’s safer to lie down to exercise specific parts being fully supported by the reformer.
